一、个人概况  

 

姚博,19875月生,甘肃天水人,九三学社社员,兰州大学微电子学与固体电子学专业工学博士,澳门新葡新京副教授、硕导,香港城市大学访问学者

 

二、研究领域

 

主要从事有机半导体材料与器件方面的研究

 

三、主讲课程

 

   《半导体物理》、《程序与算法设计》、《半导体光电材料》等
